Yamaha M110N upright piano in Rosewood

Yamaha M110N upright piano in Rosewood

********************SOLD*******************

Yamaha M110 upright piano in gloss rosewood.  A rare model piano made in England at the Kemble factory when Yamaha took over the Kemble business.  This piano was made in 1998 and is a one owner piano with the original owner purchasing the piano direct from Harrods with this piano still having its Harrods badge on the inside of the cabinet..  Like with any Yamaha the piano has a modern bright tone and has recently been tuned to A440 concert pitch.  The piano plays great and is equipped with a middle practice pedal to allow quieter practice for those midnight practice sessions šŸ˜€

We would normally retail the piano at Ā£2450 but this piano has a few imperfections hence the Bargain price.  It still looks fantastic but we prefer to point out any points to note so you are 100% happy with your purchase and there are no ā€˜surprisesā€™ when your piano is delivered  Hopefully these can be seen on the photos but here are the points to note

1- 2ā€ area of damage to the wood behind the lid.  This is not cracked through the wood but just the finish.  It isnā€™t a structural part of the piano and cannot be seen when the lid is up.

2 - some various little marks where pens or the like have been dropped from the top of the piano etc.  These are once again mainly behind the lid and once the lid is up cannot be seen

3 - as with most brown /  rosewood pianos it has suffered from some sun fading on the lacquer.  As you can see from the pictures it still looks great and in dark to medium lights the fading cannot be noticeably seen, itā€™s mainly when natural light is on the piano that it shows up.  The heaviest fading is on the front cabinet where the lid has been up (once again, not really noticeable when the lid is up (maybe just keep the lid up šŸ˜€) and on the end cheeks at the ends of the keyboard

We donā€™t hide anything in our photos so hopefully all small defects can be seen and are a true representation of the piano. Although we highlight small defects this does not detract away from the quality of the piano and is just our honest way of doing business.

The piano would suit all but the most professional pianist and would make a perfect piano to learn and progress with.  This has got to be one of the cheapest  used Yamaha pianos currently available !!!

  • WHY BUY FROM ROWLANDSON PIANOS

Here at Rowlandson pianos we pride ourselves on supplying good quality modern pianos and want the customer to be truly satisfied.  In an ever changing world we have adapted by making more information on the pianos accessible online, so you can see lots of photos and a video of the piano being played.  We actively seek to give an unbiased description of each piano we have for sale including any negative points.  Too many times have we turned up to view an 'immaculate' piano to find that it has cup stains and broken hinges etc where people's general response is "what do you expect for 20 years old".  We hate this, and I'm sure you do too so you can be sure if we say a piano is as new, it is.  If we say it has some marks around, it does.  And if we say it is not suitable for a grade 8 pianist, chances are it isn't.

One of our pet hates is people or companies selling 'refurbished' pianos.  Granted some of these may be part refurbished to a good standard, but with over 9000 parts in an upright piano, how many have really been 'refurbished' and not just had the odd felt or sticking key sorted.   If you put a new tyre on a car you wouldn't say the car had been refurbished would you?   Therefore, you will not see any 'refurbished' pianos for sale at Rowlandson pianos, just good quality serviced pianos.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with, or change your mind about your purchase within the first 30 days you are welcome to return it, at your cost, for a full refund as long as it arrives back at Rowlandson pianos in the same condition as it left.  Pianos are a big piece of furniture and are neither cheap or easy to move around and we suggest that we can, at your cost, collect the item or you are welcome to make your own arrangements to return it but we do advice a specialist transport company and can usually recommend someone local to yourselves.

  • DELIVERY INFO

Delivery is charged at Ā£1 per mile using google maps from our base at WF10 3QZ.  We do this so you can quickly and easily work out the delivery charges.  We transport our own pianos but we do work with other respectable piano moving companies who cover other areas and if they can deliver the piano to you cheaper than ourselves we will happily use their services and pass on the savings to yourselves.  Collection is also welcome and we are happy to help with loading if needed but we do advise the use of a specialist piano moving company
