Weber WLG 50 Gloss black baby grand piano - Stunning condition
Stunning Weber WLG50 baby grand piano in gloss black. The piano is only 10 years old and is in fantastic condition. For a small grand piano it has a really even tone throughout and is a lovely sounding affordable baby grand piano. It has an even medium touch throughout the keyboard and it plays as a new piano would with minimal play in the key bushings and minimal wear on the hammers. This piano has been pampered and unlike most pianos we see it doesn't seem to have suffered from having things placed on top of it so the lid is scratch free and in very good condition compared to most used baby grand pianos.
The inside of the piano is in brilliant condition with an as new soundboard and clean harp and strings. Grand pianos sometimes suffer from quite dirty insides due to the lid being up but this Weber is one of the exceptions. She has bright clean tuning pins and brass work. The only slight blemish is that on the serial number there is a slight mark around it as you can see in the picture. We don't want to try and remove this in case it removes the gold finish and the music desk covers this when the piano is used so is unseen but we prefer to mention any imperfections, no matter how slight.

Unlike many sellers we are honest and open in our descriptions so as well as listing all the great things about the piano we also like to point out any stand out marks or details so you know exactly what to expect when your piano arrives. Please bear in mind that most gloss finish pianos will have very fine micro scratches in the polyester / polish from dusting and this is pretty much unavoidable. We have NEVER seen a piano without micro scratches.
This particular piano is in very good condition. There are just two imperfections that we would like to point out. On the bottom left front there is a 5mm mark on the very bottom left edge corner which we have worked on to make it almost invisible. There is also a slight line in the polyester on each side of the bottom pedal block. We have photographed these to show how they are not stand out marks but we are honest in our description so you can trust us when we describe our pianos. The rest of the piano is as new and we have spent over 25 hours buffing and polishing the piano to ensure she looks absolutely amazing. We are overly critical of our pianos and don't just generalise things like 'wear and tear' and 'for its age'!!!

We hate this, and I'm sure you do too so you can be sure if we say a piano is as new, it is. If we say it has some marks around, it does. And if we say it is not suitable for a grade 8 pianist, chances are it isn't.
One of our pet hates is people or companies selling 'refurbished' pianos. Granted some of these may well be 'part' refurbished to a good standard, but with over 9000 parts in an upright piano, how many have really been 'refurbished' and not just had the odd felt or sticking key sorted. You wouldn't put a new tyre on a car and then sell the car as 'refurbished' would you? Therefore, you will not see any 'refurbished' pianos for sale at Rowlandson pianos, just good quality serviced pianos.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with, or change your mind about your purchase within the first 30 days you are welcome to return it, at your cost, for a full refund as long as it arrives back at Rowlandson pianos in the same condition as it left. Pianos are a big piece of furniture and are neither cheap or easy to move around and we suggest that we can, at your cost, collect the item or you are welcome to make your own arrangements to return it but we do advice a specialist transport company and can usually recommend someone local to yourselves.
DELIVERY INFO
Delivery is charged at £1 per mile using google maps from our base at WF10 3QZ. We do this so you can quickly and easily work out the delivery charges. We transport our own pianos but we do work with other respectable piano moving companies who cover other areas and if they can deliver the piano to you cheaper than ourselves we will happily use their services and pass on the savings to yourselves. Collection is also welcome and we are happy to help with loading if needed but we do advise the use of a specialist piano moving company
