Gorgeous little Reid-Sohn baby grand piano in deep gloss red mahogany in fantastic condition . The Reid sohn pianos are actually made by Samick for exclusive distribution in the UK and have a slightly softer sound than an equivalent Samick. Samick are one of the largest piano builders in the world and make excellent, reliable and affordable pianos. In some lights she can even look black but the deep shine is really impressive and she has no fade whatsoever on her which is rare with any brown piano. Even on the lid when folded back there is no line, literally as new
She plays perfect with a great modern sound and touch. Everything works as it should and the soundboard and all internal parts are in fantastic condition. Check how clean she is!!!
When new she would have cost around £8000 so a fantastic saving on new and she is as new condition as you could expect a pre owned piano to be.

Unlike many sellers we are honest and open in our descriptions so as well as listing all the great things about the piano we also like to point out any stand out marks or details so you know exactly what to expect when your piano arrives. Please bear in mind that most gloss finish pianos will have very fine micro scratches in the polyester / polish from dusting and this is pretty much unavoidable. We have NEVER seen a piano without micro scratches.
She is in excellent condition and as new as you could expect. There is a tiny 2mm blemish on the rear right and 4 tiny microdots on the music stand and lid where it touches when the lid is folded. We have pointed these out and you can see how insignificant these are. We have seen new pianos with more blemishes!!!!!!!! She could definitely pass as a new piano

In an ever changing world we have adapted by making more information on the pianos accessible online, so you can see lots of photos and a video of the piano being played. We actively seek to give an unbiased description of each piano we have for sale including any negative points. Too many times have we turned up to view an 'immaculate' piano to find that it has cup stains and broken hinges etc where people's general response is "what do you expect for 20 years old". We hate this, and I'm sure you do too so you can be sure if we say a piano is as new, it is. If we say it has some marks around, it does. And if we say it is not suitable for a grade 8 pianist, chances are it isn't.
One of our pet hates is people or companies selling 'refurbished' pianos. Granted some of these may well be 'part' refurbished to a good standard, but with over 9000 parts in an upright piano, how many have really been 'refurbished' and not just had the odd felt or sticking key sorted. You wouldn't put a new tyre on a car and then sell the car as 'refurbished' would you? Therefore, you will not see any 'refurbished' pianos for sale at Rowlandson pianos, just good quality serviced pianos.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with, or change your mind about your purchase within the first 30 days you are welcome to return it, at your cost, for a full refund as long as it arrives back at Rowlandson pianos in the same condition as it left. Pianos are a big piece of furniture and are neither cheap or easy to move around and we suggest that we can, at your cost, collect the item or you are welcome to make your own arrangements to return it but we do advice a specialist transport company and can usually recommend someone local to yourselves.
DELIVERY INFO
Delivery is charged at £1 per mile using google maps from our base at WF10 3QZ. We do this so you can quickly and easily work out the delivery charges. We transport our own pianos but we do work with other respectable piano moving companies who cover other areas and if they can deliver the piano to you cheaper than ourselves we will happily use their services and pass on the savings to yourselves. Collection is also welcome and we are happy to help with loading if needed but we do advise the use of a specialist piano moving company
