Beautiful Gors and Kallmann concerto 120 upright piano in gloss black. Some cosmetic defects hence the bargain price as we would retail her normally for £2795 (for a piano of this age and quality). The same size as a Yamaha U1 / Kawai K300 at a fraction of the cost. A great sounding mid level piano. The keys and action feel excellent and inside the cabinet is immaculate. Has a middle practice pedal if you fancy some midnight practice without annoying the neighbours! Happy playing Beethoven as she is Beyoncé. She is 90% as good as a U1 that is over three times the price and she is much newer. An equivalent age Yamaha U1 would be £5000. Has a much warmer tone than some modern pianos more like a Yamaha / Kawai sound than a generic Far Eastern sound you would expect.
The bonus of this piano over similarly priced pianos is the height at 120cm as it allows a longer string length over the smaller compact pianos so has a more subtle but stronger bass. New retail on this piano would be £4250 so a great saving on new.

Unlike many sellers we are honest and open in our descriptions so as well as listing all the great things about the piano we also like to point out any stand out marks or details so you know exactly what to expect when your piano arrives. Please bear in mind that most gloss finish pianos will have very fine micro scratches in the polyester / polish from dusting and this is pretty much unavoidable. We have NEVER seen a piano without micro scratches.
This Gors and Kallmann piano is a lovely piano but does have a few imperfections hence why we have it at a bargain price. There is a scratch in the polyester coating on the very top lid around 30" long. We have polished and flattened the edges so it isn't as obvious but you can still see it. Photos are in the photo gallery. A touch up on the left side keyboard end cheek and a chip on the some light scratches on the top left lid. There are other very minor imperfections that don't show on the photographs but a great piano with some obvious imperfections, hence why we have heavily discounted from what we would normally retail her at.

Too many times have we turned up to view a 'immaculate' piano to find that it has cup stains and broken hinges etc where people's general response is "what do you expect for 20 years old". We hate this, and I'm sure you do too so you can be sure if we say a piano is as new, it is. If we say it has some marks around, it does. And if we say it is not suitable for a grade 8 pianist, chances are it isn't.
One of our pet hates is people or companies selling 'refurbished' pianos. Granted some of these may be part refurbished to a good standard, but with over 9000 parts in an upright piano, how many have really been 'refurbished' and not just had the odd felt or sticking key sorted. If you put a new tyre on a car you would describe the car as refurbished would you? Therefore, you will not see any 'refurbished' pianos for sale at Rowlandson pianos, just good quality serviced pianos.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with, or change your mind about your purchase within the first 30 days you are welcome to return it, at your cost, for a full refund as long as it arrives back at Rowlandson pianos in the same condition as it left. Pianos are a big piece of furniture and are neither cheap or easy to move around and we suggest that we can, at your cost, collect the item or you are welcome to make your own arrangements to return it but we do advice a specialist transport company and can usually recommend someone local to yourselves.
DELIVERY INFO
Delivery is charged at £1 per mile using google maps from our base at WF10 3QZ. We do this so you can quickly and easily work out the delivery charges. We transport our own pianos but we do work with other respectable piano moving companies who cover other areas and if they can deliver the piano to you cheaper than ourselves we will happily use their services and pass on the savings to yourselves. Collection is also welcome and we are happy to help with loading if needed but we do advise the use of a specialist piano moving company
